Calendar items not showing

No events show in my calendar. I upgraded to the beta in hopes that this would fix the issue, but... no joy.

- Ticwatch 2
- Signed into Ticwear Global using my Google credentials (I read on these boards that this fixed the issue for someone; it didn't for me)
- Phone: Samsung S5 running Android 6.0.1 (I disabled Samsung's S-Calendar app and switched back to the default Google Calendar, in case this was the issue, but that didn't solve it)

Strangely, event notifications show up fine -- including events I create on the watch. But none of them show up in the watch's calendar app.

I'd be very grateful for any help!

To better understand your case, could you please provide more details?
What is your watch firmware version? What is the Ticwear Global version?
Could you please upload some screen shots both of your watch's calendar and phone's calendar?

Thanks for getting back to me. Here are my details:

- TicWear for Android, v4.12.1_intl_a1
- TicWatch Tic_4.12.1_intl_a1
- Phone OS: Android 6.0.1 on Samsung Galaxy S5

Strangely, a WatchMaker face is able to display calendar information:

...but the on-board calendar app is blank:

...as is the calendar event watchface (available for download on the watch):

And there are events in my Google Calendar for this week:

1. Check settings>application management >Ticwear Global, click app permissions, enable the access to calendar. then reboot both your phone and your watch;
2. If the above doesn't work, please extract logs to our engineer for further analysis at zhangqiang@mobvoi.com.

When I enter the FTP address into my browser to get the log files from my watch I'm asked for a user name and password. What should I enter for those?

Please check whether you enter the correct address, which should begin with ftp://1:1@
