Sometimes it happens due to server problem and it is not any spam message or anything. It is safe to open that message. Visit https://quickensupports.org/ for any accounting software related issue.

Alright, I verified the email address. Looks like it's just another way of sending help and feature requests!

EDIT: I still don't understand why ZenDesk is making some of my forum posts into help requests... None of the ones it added were in a help section here on the forums, it just randomly does it... Ti even did this one, it's quite odd.

Alright, so I just got three ZenDesk emails: An email confirmation link, that asks me to set up a password for my Mobvoi ZenDesk account (?) and after that two more which were replies that I made to topics here on the forum, but they were displayed as ZenDesk help requests.... What's going on? Should I register on ZenDesk or not?

Anyone else getting these?
