Re: Ticwatch E battery life

Having both Bluetooth and WiFi on at the same time doesn't make sense and will drain your watch's battery like crazy. The only time your watch should have WiFi on is if you are leaving your cellphone at home and you need the WiFi on so you won't miss notifications like Gmail and sms.

Re: Mostly Disappointed.

The creaking screen could mean that they screen wasn't securely attached to the body of the watch: it's a quality control issue. Also, being that the screen is plastic, it will tend to bend when touched and it's prone to scratching if you don't apply the screen protector that was provided with the w...

Re: Tic Watch S - Issues with iPhone 6 plus - USA

Kickstarter supporters received two (not one) chargers with their new Ticwatch S (or E). I assume one of the chargers can be taken to your workplace to charge the watch's battery when the battery level drops to 50% at 2:00 pm.

Re: Google Assistant No Voice Feedback?

Even on my Huawei Watch 1, Google Assistant only shows text answers on my watch unlike my Moto X Android phone which gives a voice response. Conclusion: Wear 2.0 to 2.6 only allows text replies for Google Assistant questions.

Re: battery life?

Poor battery life is a major deal breaker for me. Until Mobvoi puts out a software update that will make the battery last as per the design specifications, I won't be buying the Ticwatch E.

Re: A lot of questions !

You need to understant that Apple Corporation limits what a non-Apple Watch can do. You cannot place or answer phone calls while your Android based Ticwatch E & S is paired to an iPhone. The same with Gmail (you cannot reply to emails). Notifications should be seemless though.

Re: Unable to cancel order

Kickstarter programs (the exception being Pebble) tend to disappoint consumers who pre-order and an order soon after the release date.

Re: Ticwatch E Rainbow ring around display

So far IMHO, the Ticwatch E lacks the physical quality of the Ticwatch 2. I guess when a company needs to sell an inexpensive smartwatch, it uses less expensive materials including the screen.

Re: Ticwatch S & E battery life

For me, poor battery life is a deal killer. I need an Android smartwatch to last me one day (7:00 am until 10:00 pm) before recharging at night. I would use the smartwatch for notifications, reply to Gmail and Kijiji, display always on, accept some phone calls, etc. It appears the Ticwatch E's batte...
