Re: Watch returned, what now?

Maybe your request is still in the support queue. I think their team scale is not able to cover the huge support. I have the slow response from them as well initially, but after awhile they come back to me and started to look into my issues. So perhaps the support team is not so big in scale to hand...

Re: Step count issue update

Hi, I have verified the speedometer myself. The latest 4.14.0_intl seems like quite accurate in the steps count. I have personally counted myself on a 1.0km walk and the result is quite accurate about 1200+ steps, not like last time where I can get up to 3K steps... Please give it a try guys if this...

Re: Disappointing support from Mobvoi

My friends and family are quit interested with my watch in terms of the design, the screen and the tickle feature. They didn't know about this "ticwatch" name or "mobvoi". However I told them this company started with a kickstart project... and before really buying there is always a "but" here. I t...

Re: Disappointing support from Mobvoi

Re: Microphone is not working on calls

Now I starts to understand some of the feedback of previous ticwatch owner. My honest feedback: 1. I'm very happy with the watch so far, BUT: 2. I'm feel sad when there is near to none of any support actually reply to my post or any software related issues. It is very important on the after sales su...

When is the next beta ?

Hi, I think we still have many open issues on this brand new Ticware OS. As since this OS is relatively new, is it possible that we can get the next beta version of the OS? A new emerging brand of product, normally would have more aggressive updates on the software ? I think the popular issue now is...

Microphone is not working on calls

I just received this watch less than 24 hours. When I receive or making call with my ticwatch 2, the other party can't hear me at all. I can hear them clearly from the speaker. I can use the watch mic for voice typing and etc hence it is not hardware problem. My phone is Galaxy Note 4 running on And...
