I agree that support could use some work. I sent my watch back under warranty and FedEx tracking shows it was received a week ago today. I've emailed support since to check on replacement status and received no response. Hopefully I'll be getting a new watch soon?

I sent my watch back under warranty and I'm also receiving no replies on replacement status from support.

Support not responding

I sent my watch back in under warranty last week. Per FedEx tracking, it was received on Thursday, so one week ago today. Since that time I've emailed support to check on the status of my replacement and I've received no response. Have others been experiencing similar issues with support?
