I've been using the TicWatch E for a year & half now, It's been fun watching WearOS grow and change.
The watch works great actually, The battery lasts about 28 hours on my usage. But, I think It's time to upgrade.

There is actually another way.
Go to settings turn on all the gestures.
Now.
Move your wrist to your face.
When the display is on shake your wrist.
You're now on the menu.

I end up with 30% in 18 hours.
I play games on it and I answer calls and look at my notifications.
The OLED works fine. I can have always on display and it doesn't drain that much.
You should turn off WI-FI if that's the case. It kills the battery.
