Re: Right hand tile(s) keep appearing

I just meant to suggest that the watch had to be faulty. Bizarre fault! Good luck with its replacement.

Re: Right hand tile(s) keep appearing

I am just an ordinary user, but since nobody with better knowledge has replied, I thought I should. I have had a TWP for over a year and have never experienced what you report. I do not recall reading anything like it on the forum either. You refer to the right tile. Presume you mean the left most o...

Re: Screen turns off mid operation

Perhaps if you could list the apps causing problems it might give someone an idea of what might be happening. I have tried several things and they all stay lit for the set time. Stefan Giesewetter, the developer of StayLit might be able to help, if asked.

Variable delay ...

Re: Forgot Unlock Pattern - Unable to factory reset

Back in November last year someone with the same problem was told that the solution was to keep entering patterns until the watch asks whether you want to reset. Worth a try. You might even come across the right pattern by accident.

Re: after update of Mobvoi app no Pulse no Sleep Tracking

I have just done a walk (1507 - 1524 on Sunday 29 December). The app shows the current date as Saturday 28th and a step count from then. It also shows today's walk. At the top of the details the date and time are given as 12-29 1507-1524! Times are GMT.

Re: how to disable LCD screen

Tle LCD screen is the default for battery conservation reasons. Thus, if you tilt to wake the lit screen only appears for a few seconds. This is where the app comes in. You can set the time that it will stay lit from a few seconds to several minutes until you turn your wrist away. The always on opti...
