Swam again today with the devtools and raw data turned on. It recorded every lap perfectly.

Re: nfc payment fails

That's about the age of my TWP as well. I am not aware of additional hardware releases past that for the TWP. It sounds to me like your NFC radio has poor signal causing it to disconnect during transmission.

Have you opened a support ticket with Mobvoi?

Re: nfc payment fails

Thinking through your issue, your watch should remain unlocked as long as it recognizes that it is still on your wrist. That's what the low latency off body sensor is for. Once you enter your PIN or pattern to unlock it, it should remain unlocked until you take the watch off. You should not have to ...

Re: nfc payment fails

@diego2345, Sorry to hear about your poor experience with NFC payments. I can tell you from personal experience with both th TicWatch Pro and the new 4G that Google pay NFC payments typically work very well. If you unlock the watch in advance and then open the Google pay app, it should stay open on ...

There is currently not a publicly posted change log for updates. We have been working with the Mobvoi engineers to see if this is someth...

Re: Missing swim laps

I don't think it actually tracks pool distance. Pool distance are too short for GPS to be accurate, and GPS would not be effective under water anyway. I'm pretty sure it uses the accelerometer to determine when you change direction. Couple that with the pool distance and it can determine how far you...

Re: Clearing water from the speaker

Hi Garry, I am excited about testing the TicExercise when next in the swimming pool. From where do i turn on the debugging option? It's not obvious to me from the TicExercise app. Thanks, Roger 1. Open the TicExercise app 2. Swipe all the way to the right to the settings menu 3. Scroll down to vers...

Re: Access to WiFi Networks

TimothyGaray69, Your watch prefers whatever connection your phone is using and will share that connection over the Bluetooth pairing that it communicates with for notifications and health data syncing. There is no need to enable hotspot. WiFi on your watch will only use those saved networks if you a...
