Re: Scrolling menu by the buttons

Scrolling crown is a hardware feature. The Fossil watches have a different type of crown that supports scrolling. The TicWatch line doesn't have this feature.

Re: More charging issues?

Kris, Please try connecting your charger to the USB port on your computer and see if it will charge your watch. The new charger docks have been updated on the 2020 model and should not burn out the way some of them did on the original TWP. Where did you purchase the watch from? (Amazon, or the Mobvo...

Re: Google Assistant issues

scrotor,
Thanks for the follow up and potential solution. It would make sense that an outdated OS on the phone could cause troubles here.
Please keep us posted.

Re: My watch disconnects when earphones connect

The watch died be able to remain connected via Bluetooth to both your phone and the headset at the same time.
Were you able to see the watch in your phone's Bluetooth menu?
You could also try reconnecting from the WearOS app on your phone.

Re: Heart Rate Capped at 110 bpm

Bob,
If you have downloaded the Mobvoi app on your phone and signed into your Mobvoi account, your health data is synced to the cloud and will not be lost with a reset of the watch.

Re: Firmware update

I'm not sure how much space is required for the update, but if you are signed into the Mobvoi app on your phone, your health data is uploaded to the cloud and will remain after a factory reset.

Re: Delay on certain Watch faces

Yes, I have noticed this on my TWP 4G as well. The built in Mobvoi faces all seem to be affected. Interestingly, any Mobvoi faces I have installed from the play store are all quite responsive. It is only the pre-installed faces that are locking up for me.

Re: How to activate 24 h Heart Rate Monitor

I should clarify, the measurement is real time, however it is not constant. When the sensor is taking a reading it will display your results in real time. During the day the polling. Is not constant, but it does take measurements regularly so you have a good baseline throughout the day. When using a...

Re: How to activate 24 h Heart Rate Monitor

This enables 24 hour monitoring, but it is not measuring in realtime every second. I don't know what the interval is, but it is accurate throughout the day. You can see the screenshot of my heart rate for the day so far...

Re: WiFi Channel

WiFi channel depends on the network you are connected to. Your watch will use whatever channel your router is broadcasting in. Yes, you can access the Play Store if the watch is connected via WiFi. By default WiFi will automatically connect if Bluetooth is disconnected, or if the watch is on the cha...
