Re: Outstanding Customer Service!

Personal or not, thank you for sharing your experience with the community! Too often we only hear from the negative side of interactions. It is refreshing to see someone excited to share a good experience every now and then.

Re: Ticwatch E is not being on

IP67 rating is not suitable for swimming. According to the IP rating system, it can be submerged in up to 1M of water for 30 minutes. The additional movement of swimming/playing in the pool creates pressures that exceed the IP67 rating. As with any electronics, you can try putting it in rice for a d...

Re: Rapid battery loss while roaming

Have your tried disabling the cellular function when you are traveling outside of your service area? That would tell you whether that is the cause of the additional battery drain. It does sound plausible, though.

Re: How to activate sleep tracking

You need to install the TicSleep app from your watch to enable sleep tracking. The functionality is not an automatic push. The app is not visible from the Play Store on your phone, you will need to open the Play Store on your watch and search for TicSleep from there. -garrywadams Mobvoi Global Moder...

Re: TicSleep causing Tichealth and ticpulse to stop

When it happened on my TWP 4G I had to clear data for TicHealth. It was causing TicHealth, TucPulse, and the Heartbeat watch face to all crash, as well as resetting my step count multiple times throughout the day. After a couple of days of clearing data I did a full factory reset of the watch. The i...

Re: Ticsleep on E2

TicSleep is currently being tested on other TicWatch models. There were more issues than anticipated when releasing it for the pro, and the same has been true for the other models. The development has been delayed due to these unexpected issues. We are anxiously awaiting an update from the software ...

Re: Microphone

The headphones do definitely have a microphone and can be used for calls as well as listening to music. Have you tried them on another device or a PC to confirm that the mic works?

Re: Audio Lag

Bluetooth audio on most headphones is not realtime. There is a delay between what you see on the screen and what you hear. The TicPods are no exception there. The audio is not in sync with realtime on your phone. Upgrading to the latest firmware will not change that. It does address stability issues...
