Re: Ticwatch beta version upgrade log

Sounds like some great new features are making their way to our watches!

I'm also interested in becoming a beta tester @qiangzhang

Re: Battery Issue - watch useless

That sucks, hopefully Mobvoi will look after a repair/replacement for you! The procedure is shown on their website: To make a warranty claim pursuant to this Limited Warranty, you must contact Mobvoi and provide relevant information within the Warranty Period by visiting warranty.ticwear.com. The in...

Fennek, To factory reset your Ticwatch 2 do the following: From the watchface swipe from right to left to bring up the apps menu Scroll down to "Settings" & click on it Scroll all the way down to the bottom of that list and look 3 options from the bottom. Re: touchscreen not working

I suppose it's a soft reset of sorts because when it boots back up, it hasn't factory reset the watch, meaning you haven't lost everything 8-)

Odd that yours doesn't do this anymore!

Re: touchscreen not working

If mine locks up after charging, I've always found that holding in the crown button for around 7 seconds forces a full reboot.

I have never needed to select reboot by using the screen/tickle after holding the crown button as the crown button push does it on its own :D

Re: Watch stuck at Long Pres to change face, no way out

Not sure about support to chat with. Hopefully you've fixed it by now?

If not, try holding the crown button in for several seconds, it should force a reboot. When it wakes up again, hopefully all will be well again :D

Re: No notifications

Guido, have you checked your phone's app optimisation settings? Samsung phone's often close down "unused" background apps to save power. Goto Settings -> battery Under the heading "app power saving" click the "details" button Make sure the Ticwatch and Mobvoi store apps...

Re: Google play notifications

Mine still hasn't flashed up again since the 4.4.0 update

I just tried installing a new app, updating an existing one and uninstalling one, nor if these things generated a Ticwatch notification

Re: Do not disturb mode by hours

Sadly that won't do a scheduled "do not disturb mode", it just puts the watch into power saving mode (simple screen) at certain times.
The blurb below it states that alarm/timer etc still function so it will disturb still ;)
