Re: How to keep the watch clean?
The alcohol in hand sanitizers will deteriorate the seals, so that's out (emollients and hydrogen peroxide in hand sanitizers will also mess up the finish). I'd avoid any more soap than the watch will see from hand washing, since soaps and surfactants can also affect seals over time. I have to rinse...

Re: TicWatch Pro 3 Release Date
9to5Google.com today posted about another leaked market listing for the Pro 3. Supposedly coming out September 24th now (or there will be an announcement). A few new feature details: bigger battery, 30-40% more capacity, good for 72hr. SpO2 monitoring (TicOxygen), sound level monitoring (TicHearing)...

Re: TicWatch Pro 3 Release Date
9to5Google, Android Police, Droid Life and others posted articles about an AmazonUK product page with the Pro 3 available for pre-order and an October 1 release date. The original watch photo showed a black Pro with a more modern-looking version of the Ruler watch face. The current product photo is ...

Re: Delay on certain Watch faces
Same here, those faces failed to light up on my watch after the firmware update. They were even blank in the watch face picker. I noted that the offending faces had heart rate coded into them, and TicPulse was also really slow to load. So I thought that since it was taking forever for the heart rate...

Re: Battery drain on Ticwach Pro 2019 after latest system update
I found that my display lights up periodically for a second, even if I'm perfectly still. I've turned off tilt-to-wake, and it's not as bad, but it still happens. That may be draining my battery. It's also probable that one of my downloaded watch face is pinging an ad server, or weather server, and ...

Re: Firmware update
My Ticwatch Pro downloaded the update yesterday. However, the main watchface screen is now broken (no watchface image, but the other screens are just fine). Tried rebooting, etc. No luck. Tried changing the watchface, but no luck there either. Any ideas? Hi joshualangert, We are really very sorry f...

Re: Firmware update
The download and installation appeared to initiate automatically. However, the download process drained > 40% of my battery, so the watch complained that it paused the update due to lack of power (only 22% left). Had to put it on the charger; had to monitor the charging process because it went on sl...

Re: Firmware update
Mine is downloading right now. region = USA, purchased 5/2019
Download initiates on its own, no need to go in manually, but don't know yet if it installs by itself.

Re: Watchface Walker
"Unfortunately, the Walker watchface was removed last year and hasn't returned. Even those that had added the watchface to their account are no longer able to access it either." Odd, I got Walker with the most recent OTA update, and I still have it on my watch. Got it running right now, even. walker...

Re: No charging on TicWatch Pro
I've had better performance with a third-party charging dock (the one that stands the watch up nearly vertically). The OEM dock often needs the watch wiggled and pressed down in order to initiate charging, and I'm not confident it will keep charging during a session. In addition, there are issues wi...
