I must be doing something wrong as my ear buds are paired however will not connect to my watch.

Amber light

For some odd reason there is this constant amber light right below the top button on the right. Im wondering if my watch is defective?

So far i have found very little value to this watch being connected to Cellular. When i use Spotify it will not recognize my bluetooth ear buds even though they are paired to the watch.

I have been having a nightmare of a time with my watch. It will only work on Cellular if Bluetooth is off. I have spent countless hours on the phone with Verizon, emailed Mobvoi support and posted on here as well to no avail yet.
