For those who want the skip the "support" phase to get a new charger:

Alrighty. So, when you look at the bottom face of your TicWatch charger, you can clearly see it says "Input: 5V, 1A (max) " So I guess we all broke our charger by plugging it into a power source >1A. All of you who need new TicWatch pro chargers, this is where I found mine for just a couple of bucks...

For what it's worth, I've found a post where they explain why this is happening. see: https://forum.mobvoi.com/viewtopic.php?t=51692#p60851 in a nutshell: you shouldn't use the ticwatch charger on a high-amperage power adapter, but rather on your PC/laptop USB or something similar I would very much ...

thanks jkcb1 that would explain at least something. my TicWatch is currently at 6% and charging at a rate of 50mA next question would be: is this due to a faulty cable, or due to the watch's battery, or faulty electronics... i don't know anybody with a ticwatch so i can't try another charger... perh...

Same problem here.
Charging for over 7 hours now and only 54%
(usb port is capable of 3000mA at 5Volts)
Any idea how much milliamps the watch should continuously pull on a normal charging cycle?
I have the Ticwatch for about half a year now.
