Active Sync (Exchange) mail notifications stopped working

Not sure why but for some reason when I receive an email for Exchange on my mobile, I am no longer receiving notifications on the watch. I am seeing the notification on the mobile... and I do have the mail app set up to allow notifications via the wear OS app...

hmn... :?

Just a quick update... looks like the latest update to the tichealth app fixes the ticsleep issues... everything appears to be working. You have to make sure that you update both the Mobvoi app on the mobile and the tichealth app on the watch Now I am trying to figure out why I no longer receive Act...

I noticed an absence of data until I realized I needed to update the app on the watch too. You have thought that the would inform you to update the watch after the phone for tichealth

That's cool but they didn't do it out of the goodness of their hearts. They are still making a profit off you and it's not worth losing a customer over a $100. I recently had to reset my watch to factory defaults to move to a new phone...

same thing... had to uninstall TicSleep to get the ticpulse and tipexercise apps to work correctly.

So... I purchased the TWP 4G/LTE on Mobvoi's site and received the watch and Tichome mini within 4 days. Very happy with the watch... glad I upgrade. Not sure that is is though... I have had to do it several times after I install another software package.. it almost seems like there is a conflict with how the other watchfaces interact with the ticwatch health apps... as I have also seen those... and ticpulse stop working until I uninstall and re-...
