Got a response now , order cancelled. Not happy with response time, though. An easier way for everyone will be to have cancel option alongside order details. I wonder how long it will take to address issue related to warranty/damages, if it ever happens. ---------------------------------------------...

There is no response from support on cancellation
i wrote to support to cancel my order of ticwatch pro on Nov 29, 2019 on the same day of my order but no response till now. Any idea how to ensure cancellation? I ordered through Australia website(order id: 23465447212) and payment done through PayPal.

Hi, Its been two days since i wrote to support to cancel my order of ticwatch pro, but no response. Any idea how to ensure cancellation?
