hmm. This is interesting. I belive that feature was removed from the global version of the app though. You can also open a wifi ADB and side load apps that way. But from my understanding the apps will get erased every time the tic watch syncs.

Well I just answered my own question m Specifically this line in "cdljl2005" post: "- But fortunately you can turn on ADB on WiFi and force install the android_wear_micro.apk to the watch." ADB on WIFI. I never thought of that. "But unfortunately those apps you force install...

Has anyone gotten Android Wear compatibility mode yet? How is it? Can you load any apps from the play store?

I haven't gotten my watch yet, but Try downloading the Android Wear app from the play store and see if that works.

Hmm. Well It says it is protected from "Low pressure watch Jets" and dust. But to be on the safe side, it is probably a better idea to just use a washcloth and go over the surfaces that way.
