Vodafone completely refreshed my account, cancelling onenumber then creating a brand new onenumber. It didnt work, still had either the download failed-check network error or it appeared to download to watch but half the details were missing and randomly all fields would blank out until a reboot of ...

Good luck trying to get it to work. I have a similar problem and after ages chatting to various Vodafone techs who couldnt get it to upload a valid profile to the watch I just gave up and cancelled OneNumber. Pity as the watch is very good otherwise but I will be going back to my old Huwawai watch 4...

I set up onenumber with Vodafone UK but cant get it to work, been chatting to Vodafone customer services and they cant get it to spring into life either.
