Re: Dagadam watch - A new product running Ticwear?
Oh, I just saw the email now :-\. That's disappointing. I spent $60 more for a non-AW compatible watch. Maybe the announcement will be that AW compatibility coming to TicWear OS (i.e. new version of the OS)? Me too. I hope that they at the very least give us a functional AW compatibility mode, if n...

Re: Dagadam watch - A new product running Ticwear?
more devices running this OS is necessary to attract more developers to it. this is a very good thing :) You know what's not a good thing? When Ticwear announces a new, cheaper watch, that runs Android Wear... leaving Ticwatch2 behind. I agree. Especially when the better AW compatibility mode is co...

Re: Dagadam watch - A new product running Ticwear?
I will tell you, that is NOT it. More news when we can provide it guys. I'm excited to hear what the announcement is, as long as the announcement is not "we're being acquired by and subsequentially shut down by Fitbit!" I only recently joined the TicWear camp after finding GDGT deal...

Re: Dagadam watch - A new product running Ticwear?
Complete copy of Ticwatch 2. Even has the Tickle strip... To me it felt like that too at first, but it does have it's differences. It has NFC, is water resistant, and apparently has some custom software features. The strap release mechanism seems to be custom, and their version of Tickle is on the...

Dagadam watch - A new product running Ticwear?
It seems that a new watch is on Kickstarter, and it's running Ticwear. It's called the dagadam watch. At first I thought that it was a blatant rip off of the Ticwatch, but it seems like it's an entirely different device, that's running the same OS as the T2. According to the Kickstarter, it improves...

Re: Black bar on notification center
Basically, it's the notification window's shadow... ...Sort of. When you pull up the notification menu, it'll essentially grab a screenshot of the watch face and then use that as the transparent background, but sometimes it does it slowly, and the beginning part of when you started opening the notif...

Re: Is there any app that's like a tuner but can play the pitch?
Not all Android wear apps work on the Ticwatch 100% of the time. As far as I know, there is no native tuner app of the watch right now.

Re: Suspect NO GPS in T2
I hope they fix the GPS problem soon. The map displayed on the phone is correct but the distance is wrong. It has to be something in the distance calculations. It is only some times. I have done plenty of Runs and Rides to verify the problem against my Garmin Edge 305 and my Samsung Galaxy S5 :( I ...

Re: Not Fully Charged
I personally don't leave it on the charger overnight, since mine literally charges to 100% in about an hour. I agree that it is quite weird if it's discharged in the morning. I wonder if it's some sort of mechanism to protect overcharging (If that's even an issue). Maybe you should try charging it f...

Re: where the heck is customer support?
Huh... Weird that you're having a bad experience. I haven't really needed to contact support, but back when they were on Kickstarter, i sent them a message, and they responded withing a few days, and they were really helpful too! What accounts, by the way? Have you just tried shooting them an email?...
