Re: Voice recognition not smart enough

Hi Gaby,
The current TicOS versions have made FANTASTIC improvements in this and other areas. Things have been silent for quite a while, though. Are future fixes/developments in the works, or has everything shifted to TW S&E?

You can create your own quick replies, but only if you've enabled "optimize SMS messages". I wish there were the option to do this, though, without enabling that feature.

Re: Step count issue update

I fear that no more firmware updates will be occurring based upon the lack of communication with TicWatch 2 users over the past two months. :( Too bad, too, because this is probably the best smartwatch out there right now.

Re: Watchface of the week_44

This was a great watch face.

Will any more be made? There are very few developments from Mobvoi for TW2 and the TicOS.

Re: Ticwatch 2 AW??

Any updates? Not just about this, but anything regarding TW2 or the TicOS?

Things have been uncharacteristically silent for the past couple of months.

Is support for Ticwatch 2 and TicOS dead?

Hello,
I'm a big fan of the TW2 and of the TicOS. However, Mobvoi's team has been silent both here and on the Facebook forum despite lots of questions and comments from users.

Is this product/OS dead? Or, will we start to see some more interaction and updates soon?

Thanks!!

Re: OK, Tico!

Hmmm... it worked great for me, too. I say tee-ko. I did end up shutting the hot word off because it would occasionally accidentally be activated and somehow I once started calling someone... Yikes!

Re: Name detection improvements

Hi @bitflung! I'm so glad this helped. Support did say that they are working on a solution, but I'm hopeful that these two imperfect workarounds will help us until then.

Good luck!

Re: Name detection improvements

Hello! I'm new to the ticwear universe, but have been impressed (for the most part) so far. I was so thankful to find others that had been having the problem with name recognition by Tico. In my case, I asked Tico to send a text to John Meyer and it said that it couldn't find John Meier in my addres...
