I had the same issue. Increase vibration to strong does help, but I still find it weaker than other devices. Would be nice to see some improvement there for sure.

I just received my shiny new Ticwatch 2 Onyx and am loving it, but also wondering, how water resistant is this thing? Am I going to fry it walking in the rain? What about if it accidentally gets under the tap? Has Mobvoi done any testing about this?
