Hi Leegwater,
Please first try clearing the cache for Google Play Services and the Wear OS app on your P20, then using your P10 factory reset your watch and then try setting it up again with your P20.

Wear OS shows as an app (88MB size) in the list you can see from the phone app. The Google Wear OS (operating system) that is running your watch is using the other storage that you can't see.

I don't use that app myself but I use Pujie Black without any issues. You would be best contacting the app developer for support with your issue.

Google usually roll out updates in waves and it can take some weeks for everyone to receive the update.
