The updated theater mode works as a toggle now. In previous versions, the watch would exit theater mode as soon as you pressed a button to wake the screen. Can you post a photo of what you are describing? It sounds like it may be a manufacturing defect. I can't think of a software reason why the left two digits would not display at all. You may need to request an RMA through support@mobvoi.com.

With the most recent app update, the option to disable the HR notifications during an exercise is no longer there. I'll check with the dev team and see if this is something that can be turned back on.
