Re: Software suggestions

Check out the "staylit wear" app. You can modify the screen timeout from the default to something that works best for you. I found that on the TicWatch Pro, 8 seconds works very well. It's long enough for the screen to wake up and show you what you need to see, but it doesn't stay on forever.

Re: Ticwatch Pro Tic Exercise Strava time keep issue

Thanks! Just to clarify, this workout was tracked isn't the Tic Excercise app. The data from the workout then automatically synced with my Strava account since they are connected in the Mobvoi app. I believe the others in this thread are experiencing the same issue, but wanted to make sure you knew ...

Re: Low volume levels when the watch gets wet

The speaker cavity is not covered, so it can amplify the sound. when the watch is submerged or exposed to water it can get inside that cavity and dampen the sound. That is normal for most waterproof devices with speakers. Sometimes it takes a couple of hours for the moisture to dry out from that cav...

Re: Ticwatch Pro Tic Exercise Strava time keep issue

Here is a very extreme example taken from my new 4G. You can see my Mobvoi results next to my Strava results. These are both the exact same run. However my pace and total time are completely different from one app to the other. How can there be such a huge discrepancy? Screenshot_20190726-071258.png...

Re: Ticwatch Pro Tic Exercise Strava time keep issue

I wanted to chime in on this as well. I'm seeing the same thing, although not quite as drastic as the OP. I'm using Tic Excercise from my watch and recording the activity. It then syncs with Strava once the workout is complete. Consistently, Strava cuts off the first 30 seconds to 1 minute of my wor...

Periodic cut-out

Hello, I've had my Ticpods Free for a few weeks now. The fit is great, sound quality is amazing, and for the most part they just work. I do have a couple of quirks that hopefully can get sorted out, though. Firstly, when listening to music I sometimes get a gap in audio. It is as if the headphones g...

Re: Change ambient screen from km to miles

Well, I'm not sure what would have affected this, but I've been using the tic exercise app for running for a couple of weeks now and just keeping the always on screen from where OS enabled so that the FSTN screen never came on during a run. I had it off for my run this morning so the FSTN screen cam...

Re: Change ambient screen from km to miles

Bump.
Is this hard-coded into the FSTN screen or is there a way to have it display workout metrics in miles? I've just been turning on the "always on screen" feature in wear OS so my workout starts on the OLED screen. It would be better if I could use the FSTN screen, though.
