4.9.0 / 4.9.1 updating issues / Watch Not Fully Booting.

Greetings Everyone,

As some of you are already aware there is a problem in a beta build that has caused some trouble for a few watches out there. We have already disabled the build on beta system (Version 4.9.0 and 4.9.1) for download. We do apologize for any trouble this has caused for any of our users out there. If you have a watch affected by the unable to fully boot or stuck on Updating applications please read through this.

Currently we have some watches that are on the way to us for evaluation. We ask that you give give us a little time to receive those watches and evaluate them. Please give us a few days for this.

Please accept our sincerest apologies for any trouble this has caused. We are working toward getting this fixed as soon as possible. If you need more assistance on this. Please feel contact us at support@mobvoi.com or through chat at our website.

Thanks for acknowledging this issue, the watch is pretty much unusable, after a lot of fiddling about and pressing the home button I am able to get it to the settings menu, but even after factory resetting or restarting the watch continues to say that the apps and OS have stopped working. Kindly provide a fix soon.

Has a fix been found yet? I have not been able to use my watch at all the past week.

The watch is dead!!!! Try to fix it faster!!!
