Is support for Ticwatch 2 and TicOS dead?

Post by CRTHOM » Tue Nov 21, 2017 4:33 am

Hello,
I'm a big fan of the TW2 and of the TicOS. However, Mobvoi's team has been silent both here and on the Facebook forum despite lots of questions and comments from users.

Is this product/OS dead? Or, will we start to see some more interaction and updates soon?

Thanks!!

I hope it doesn't.

There still some bugs, for example my watch can discharge in 5 hours complitely without any reason. And next day it will work untill midnight with 30% of charge left.

Discharge often happens on the next day after I used Fitnes on the watch. But sometimes it happens with no reason at all.

It also can't send a quick reply if the phone locked with the fingerprint or password. And Support team had been notified about it, but no fixes had been rolled out.

I also requested a feature to set my own quick replyes (on Russian language). Developers keep silent.

You can create your own quick replies, but only if you've enabled "optimize SMS messages". I wish there were the option to do this, though, without enabling that feature.
