Shipping

Hi,

I ordered the Ticwatch Pro last Sunday (06/01/2019) and apart from the confirmation email, haven't heard anymore. I just wondered how long it takes roughly to actually be shipped??

I assume the shipping is just standard, as to my knowledge I had no specific choice when I ordered it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

I too am in the same situation.
Ordered Dec 31, 2018 and have heard nothing since.
Please post if you get some reply. I have emailed them looking for an answer.
