Wear OS problem or Hardware problem?

After updating my watch, and factory resetting it, I can no longer copy my google account to my watch? What gives? I've only had this watch for a day..

I've tried factory resetting my phone, the watch, and every method this forum has mentioned? You think it's a google's side?

Thanks for the extra information. I've passed it along to our software manager and others to see if it can help with permanently eliminating the issue. There are a couple others that have reported this issue occurring but there hasn't been enough information to sort it out yet. Can you confirm that you factory reset your phone as this should clear all non-default apps and their data including the Mobvoi app and the Wear OS app. Also, please provide your watch model and firmware version (look on the watch at Settings/System/About/Build Number) and your phones make, model and android version.

We have referred this issue to Google for analysis and correction. I suggest that, first, you open the Wear OS app and use the feedback there (tap the three dots on the upper right, tap help & feedback then send feedback) to let Google know you have this issue. As a workaround, we currently recommend that you try the following to attempt to resolve your issue:

Delete then re-install the Wear OS app.
Forget or unpair any Ticwatch’s in the Bluetooth settings on your phone.
During setup, skip the Google sync step on the watch.
Once setup on the watch is complete, open the Wear OS app on your phone.
Add your google account to the watch by opening Advanced settings/Accounts and Add another account.

Let us know how it goes.
