Greetings balansp!

Our in-house engineering contact provides the following related to your problem:

'I think it may be a phone problem. Users are advised: If there is no problem with other phone pairing, it is recommended that the user back up the phone data, and then restore the phone to the factory settings and then re-pair the attempt.'

If this does not resolve the issue, I can suggest that you submit a warranty claim at https://support.mobvoi.com/

Greetings balansp!

I can across these instructions from another user reporting the same problem that may help.

Had the same problem but these steps seems to have worked for me.
1. Connect to the charger - it was still stuck in the boot loop.
2. Hold the crown/button down for around 30 secs until a long 2-3 sec vibration.
3. The watch was able to boot after this. I went to setting on the watch and did a 'disconnect & reset'
4. Set it up as a new watch
