Something went horribly wrong with 4.13.0 Stable version. I installed it and the tracking off data is all over the place.
Here are my major problems.
1. Tic Watch 2 Data doesn't sync properly with
A) Google FIT & The Tic App. For example my watch says 2119 steps then the Tic app will say 2096 while the google fit will say 2062. Now i know its not that much of discrepancy but its annoying.
2. Next big problem is Miles or distance covered has gone off. usually I take about 2200 to 2400 steps to complete a mile and tic watch was accurate until 4.13.0 Stable version. now 1500 to 1800 steps and one mile is done. I haven't changed the way I walk. Again an annoyance.
3. Calories burned for months it showed anything from 100 to 200 calories but now it goes as high as 1800 calories. Im not sure how this happened. if it started calculating preburned calories then for person my weight and height and lifestyle it should be more.
I was really happy with the 4.12.0 Stable version but now Im bit annoyed. Any solution? can i roll back to 4.12.0 Stable version or can you help .

Hi fraggerb,
Thanks for you questions.
Question 1: Please provide, Phone model&version, Ticwear app version and Ticwatch firmware version, better with picture with these
Question 2: This issue will be solved by version 4.14.
Question 3: By 4.13 Ticwatch start to calculate daily burned instead of only calculate from sports app by 4.12.
Thanks

Re: TicWatch 2 4.13.0 Stable version Issue
Hi,
I have the similar issues.
1. I am having issues with accuracy of Calorie counter in my TW2. My watch says i have consumed 650 Kcal which is equal to 650,000 calories, which I don't think is even possible with just 4500 steps.
According to Google Fit installed in my phone I have consumed only 1000 calories, which is still understandable.
2. Also, the calories shown on my watchface do not match the ones shown in the Health app. Though both are exceptionally high. Please see the attached screenshots.
Can you please help me here. I think this is happening after the new update. I am using the 4.13.0_intl version.
3. And the steps to Kms issue is there already.
I ordered this watch for fitness tracking and all major fitness metrics are going wrong.

Hello I think that's just Google Fit wich is wrong the good unit is Kcal and Fit uses cal for simpliflying. 1 calorie is just a very little energic value that's why we use kcal ordinarybhavyavyas wrote: ↑Tue Nov 07, 2017 11:20 pmi have consumed 650 Kcal which is equal to 650,000 calories,
According to Google Fit installed in my phone I have consumed only 1000 calories,

I have also big difference between the energy in Tic Health and Google Fit
