Hello Mobvoi Team,
I placed an order for the ticwatch buddy package on Saturday 15th July 2019.
I need it before the 25th July, but it is not yet shipped.
I live in Canada and its a gift I am taking to India and I leave on the 25th July.
There is no point of receiving it after that. I can cancel it if its not shipped yet and I can order it via amazon,

Due to this, i have sent an email to support@ mobvoi.com on 2020-04-06, 2020-04-17 but to date still not receive any reply on this issue.
This is clearly takes too much time and i checked on delivery status also seems no progress whatsoever.
Kindly advise as i really want to cancel this order but no one able to reply me.

I have the same issue. I made an order on May 9th. For a Pro 2020 .After reading through some reviews u decided that it might not be the best fit for me, so I contacted support an hour later to cancel and no reply. I sent another email the next day again asking for cancellation and no reply again. Today I recieved an email that my order has shipped !!!!!! I honestly don't understand.
What should I do now? Can I contact DHL to refuse delivery of the package?

Hello, I tried to order a watch today and it said there was a server issue, so i refreshed the website, refilled in the boxes and then had the same issue once again.
Now TWO watches are showing up in my orders, I only want 1, and when i try to cancel them BOTH it says they don't exist?

Have been trying to cancel an order, it was ignored sent and charged anyway....
How can I go about getting it refunded?

Oh dear, reading all these comments, it would appear that I am not alone.
I purchased mine more than 10 days ago. The website stated I will receive it in 2-4 business days. I am still waiting for the watch.
I have checked my order online, it shows "Your order has been dispatched". I contacted support@mobvoi.com three times. First time I received no reply. Second time I received an email stating it "Sorry to tell you that the Ticwatch pro 3 was out of stock. It will be restocked these days.". The third email, no reply.
Incidentally, today I have added another Ticwatch 3 Pro GPS to my basket and proceeded to checkout. It does not state that the item is "out of stock", it not state that there are delays in shipping. Instead it still says "Free 2-4 day shipping". This is clearly false advertising and will lead to more unhappy customers having to cancel their order, like me and all the users in this thread.
