I have wriiten to support team so many times but haven't heard back from them. Tracking shows "SHIPPING LABEL CREATED, USPS AWAITING ITEM" for the past two weeks. Please share the true status of my order TIC10559. When will I get it?

Since I haven’t received any update since I preorder my watch almost a month ago, even after requesting updates for estimated delivery dates I wish to cancel my order and get a refund please.
I am very sorry to do so because I was really excited about my ticwatch, I might try to get it from a third party like Amazon

Hi,
As I'm moving out of the country this weekend, I would like to cancel my ticwatch order (Order ID: TIC10559). I placed the order on November 16th hoping to receive it before I move out of the country, Apparently, just the shipping label has been created on Nov 17th and the watch has not been shipped yet. Even if it gets shipped today, I doubt if it will arrive on time before I leave the country.
I don't want to take chances. Please cancel my order and refund the order amount ASAP.

Hi I'm in the same boat as some of these guys, I thought it was going to be a normal shopping experience, order,. Confirm, despatch and receive. I have sent few emails asking about my order and UK customs. My order is TIC12598 and I need an update please.
