I want to cancel Order 9549 and have an immediate refund please since these watches have STILL not shipped

I have also been trying to cancel my order for the past couple of days I sent an email yesterday to support and have not heard back from them. Order TIC10702.

Hi Sam,

I have not had a response regarding my pre-order and its cancellation. The status, as per your website is "unfulfilled" and I have not received any shipping information (i.e. emails etc.) Could you please follow up this order cancellation and refund it as soon as possible. Order number is TIC_AU_1228.

Although the order says "Unfulfilled", they might've already been packaged and shipped out, waiting to be updated with tracking information.

Hi Sam, I can't cancel my order too. In this case, can I have the tracking number? If not packed, I would like to cancel. Thanks. I have sent requests across ALL channels/platforms. Thank you!

Your package has already been picked up by the shipping company, so I was unable to help you cancel it. The good news is that you should be receiving it soon!

I have no information of my order (TIC_EU_1817) made on 21 November.

No information despite several messages to the support. (No answer)

What do I do?

If not new I want to cancel this command.

They say that this order is delivered or shipped...
