I also face same problem. Any suggestion if a wrong setting was set on? even when I am lying on couch or bed, it's calculating the steps.

Also very disappointing of GPS. Still need my smartphone to pair and use GPS :cry:

Also no Golf app available, i think i return the watch to Mobvoi tomorrow....

I'm actually having an inverse problem...The pedometer function while using for q treadmill session is way off.


(ticwatch E) is 40-50% too few steps and consequently distance as well.
I am comparing it to my milestone pedometer, my Google pixel , my iPhone 6s, and what the treadmill says.

Very frustrating. I may have to return.

I went for a walk with my dog. A pretty slow one at that... So I thought... My watch seems to think I went for a long sprint. I walked under 2 kms.

I saw a post from Mobvoi in July saying a fix for the inaccurate step counter was being resolved. It is now the end of February and still nothing has been done.

I own a Ticwatch 2 and the step counter is so wildly inaccurate that it's a joke.

Mobvoi, when will you resolve this issue?

I purchased the ticwatch E and am going to return this thing if this whole pedometer shenanigans are sorted out. This I crazy. The one watch I genuinely and surprisingly enjoy CAN’T COUNT MY STEPS ACCURATELY!! When will this be fixed. You’re losing customers over here...
