Ticwatch S - Cannot find where to change from celsius to farenheit

Post by ADICorp » Mon Nov 20, 2017 10:08 pm

I just received the new Ticwatch S, and cannot find any settings to change from celsius to farenheit.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Same here. I am in the same predicament as you two.
So far love the watch. Just cannot get it off of celsius.

Ok, just found the way.
1. Open Android Wear
2. Click the Gear icon in the top right (Settings)
3. Click Settings at the bottom under Google Assistant
4. Click Preferences
5. Click Weather
6. Choose the temperature unit you would like.

This is the only way I have found so far.

My weather settings is set to Celsius in Google Assistant and it is working just fine on the phone or my Google Home, but my watch is still showing me the degrees in Fahrenheit, I have even changed the keyboard to English(UK) as suggested in the other forums and restarted the watch but the weather app still shows me the degrees in Fahrenheit.

Yep, you are correct, after syncing it, same thing. Still Celsius.

If you are English speaking, reset the watch and set it to UK region.

Hi all , i've talk with the support team from Mobvoi team and the official response that it works is:

Greetings Stefan,

Thanks for contacting us. We are very happy to assist you
the temperature unit of the watch is decided by the phone's system language ,you can try to set your phone language and your watch language to English (UK), the temperature unit can be changed to degrees Celsius.

If you still face any issues ,feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help you.

Best wishes.

Ticwatch team

For me worked , i hope it for you to.

Cheers

Stefan
