No Response From Moobvoi

I wanted to purchase the TICHOME mini for a XMAS gift for my son, but no way will I now after not receiving responses from 3 inquiry emails I sent.

And after reading some of the posts on here, not worth taking a chance paying for this product and not receiving it. And heaven forbid there is a problem and you have no one to contact. Forget it!

There is only a 30 day return policy. Well- really? If you buy this now for a XMAS gift and there is a problem- it will be past the 30 days to return it.

And no clear time frame of when to expect delivery after an order is placed? No way. Too many other good places to shop where you get excellent customer service- like Amazon.

Now I will just have to have my son pick something else. Too bad. This product looks promising but this company is bad news from what I can tell.

I'm sorry for the lack of responses from our support team. We are receiving many requests as it is shipping period, and we are doing our best to reply every one of them.

Orders from the Mobvoi store are expected to reach 5 business days after shipment.

I have reached out twice to Mobvoi about my TicHome Mini pre-order and they have got back quickly. They told me they would be shipping "by end of November"...Only two days left so I hope this is the case. Can't wait to try out my unit. If it works well, I would consider them as gifts for Christmas - but the ship time has me worried.

Also, a little unfortunate that us early adopter/ pre-order people only got 20% off and still have not device, when there was the Black Friday deal for 40% off - seems like they are shipping at same time.
