Same issue. Have to reboot phone to get the connection.

Hello!

I had the same problem as you all.
I restarted my watch and then also restarted my phone (Oneplus 6) - THAT SOLVED THE PROBLEM!

I have some problem: when I turn off the phone, at the next restart there is no way to pair the smartwatch with the phone. Android wear says that they are connected, the bluetooth of the phone sees it connected, but the smartwatch displays the cloud and in the menu blutetooh is disconnected, displaying the name of the cellullare several times. Notifications arrive, but services that require a connection do not work, as an assistant and voice dictation: please solve the problem.

I'm having the same issue. Shame such a beautiful watch is having lots of issues as of right now.

Same issue here. Oneplus 6 with Ticwatch E, both fully up to date.
Getting.notifications but all other internet connections dont work!

Please Mobvoi, fix this issue!

Problem maybe with the wear os app on the phone, because already try to both phome and watch on airplane mode, then after 20 seconds turn it on, sometime it fix sometime don't.
1. When the watch is connect to internet and I have tested that when the wear os is close and end the program on the phone, the watch will not have internet connection.
2. when it suddenly automagically the watch have no internet connection, I try to open the apps then closed and end the apps wait 10 seconds and repeat, usually 3 to 7 repeat it will have internet connection again, without have to restart or airplane mode on both devices.

Hope the dev team able to solve this issue asap.

I've experienced the same with TicWatch Pro.
Check if Wear Os app isn't battery optimized otherwise the Android OS will shut it down to save battery but I have that and it also loses connection to the internet so I found that shutting down the Wear Os and start again as fixed it.
This is some kind of an issue with Wear Os App or with Wear Os on the Watch itself, hope Google and Movboi can fix this.

Good try, though this option is only for mobile network data sharing...
Not sharing of the wifi data of the phone wireless Ethernet

Anyone have a solution to this?

Hi all

Solutions you can try:

1) for xiaomi with miui:
Disable the phone lock-screen protection.

2) for other phones:
Add the smartwatch to the list of devices which can unlock the phone by Bluetooth (Android smart Lock feature). Unfortunately xiaomi doesn't accept wearable devices other than xiaomi brand. But for other Android phones this may work. If not, try solution 1.
