My watch is "Tendered to End Delivery Carrier" Since 2 Dec

The status of the parcel have been "Tendered to End Delivery Carrier" Since 2 Dec where I ordered the watch at Black Friday Sale.
I get no calls and emails for any updates afterwards.

I tried email to support last week and they replied that it would deliver before yesterday (Thu).
I also tried email support again but there is no reply.

I don't think the parcel needs half a month to travel just 20km in Hong Kong

Please kindly contact and provide any kind of solution.

Hi,

The status suddenly become Unsuccessful delivery, returned to our warehouse

However no call was received for delivery.

Would you also be able to provide the contact of the carrier

Hey, the team is in contact with Landmark Global. We have requested that they resend the package and call before delivery.
