Unsuccessful delivery

I placed an order and was informed it would arrive at my place on the 12th Dec 2017 as per the delivery schedule provided by Landmark Global, which I believe they are your trusted carrier.

This being said, it was never delivered to my place and now the item is returned to their warehouse without a valid explanation.

I trust that you maintain a close relationship with your carrier and therefore I kindly ask for your assistance in this occasion. Could you please get in touch with Landmark Global in regards to my order and kindly inform me when will the item be delivered to me.

I would be really grateful if you can revert to me ASAP as this has been an isue remain unresolved for quite a while.
