Hello,

Can anyone update what is going on with my delivery, am I alone on this??

I understand there will be a reasonable delay with a shipment from Hong Kong to the United Kingdom however the tracking page shows my Ticwatch E was received in destination country on 7th December. Why hasn't my local courier (Yodel) not received the parcel? And no activity for 10 days (and counting).

Any assistance appreciated, this is verging on the ridiculous now..

Same is the issue with mine, its been more than 13 days since it says received in destination country. I live in auckland
Order number is TIC_AU_1379.
