Watch returned, what now?

I've sent my Ticwatch S back under warranty and tracking showed it has been received a week ago but I've heard nothing from them about what's going on. Emails remain unanswered as usual.

I can't say I'm surprised as the customer service has been well below par so far but has anyone else been through this, what was the outcome?

Maybe your request is still in the support queue. I think their team scale is not able to cover the huge support.
I have the slow response from them as well initially, but after awhile they come back to me and started to look into my issues.
So perhaps the support team is not so big in scale to handle all our requests
