Just looking for a bit of advice please. I'm in the UK and sent my Ticwatch E2 back as a warranty claim due to GPS not working.
A new watch has been sent out but is now stuck at UK customs and I've been told I need to pay £15.90 to have it released and delivered.
Is this right that I should have to pay the customs fee even though its through no fault of my own that the original watch was faulty and has been replaced under warranty? Thank you.
