Customs Fee Warranty Claim

Post by moose24 » Sat Jun 22, 2019 8:14 pm

Hi all,

Just looking for a bit of advice please. I'm in the UK and sent my Ticwatch E2 back as a warranty claim due to GPS not working.

A new watch has been sent out but is now stuck at UK customs and I've been told I need to pay £15.90 to have it released and delivered.

Is this right that I should have to pay the customs fee even though its through no fault of my own that the original watch was faulty and has been replaced under warranty? Thank you.

Hi Moose24,

It's probably best to send an email to asking about your UK customs charges.
