Mobvoi Support don't replay!! :/

Hi,

Is the Mobvoi Support alive? They have any problem with emails?


Some time ago I had a problem with my Ticwatch2 and the Support offered me a possibility to buy a new watch with a discount.
After I agree with the values and the product, I never got any replay to my emails!

Can we trust Mobvoi or not?

Is there more people with same problem?

Having a similar issue with my refund request, 112-7420790-6073808. 24 Hour rate monitor on the S2 has been broken since the update last month, and they aren't fixing it. I asked for a refund and haven't heard back for a week.

Customer Service & Support have responded to me. Granted, sometimes it takes a few days and it appears that they are in China because they email me in the middle of the night.

I had a similar experience where a customer service rep reached out to me & offered a discount on the new Pro to make up for a past issue. I also contacted support regarding issues I had with connecting a TicBand. Again, it would take a day or 2 to get a response but they did respond.

1 week was ok!
I'm talking about 2 months!! :o :shock: :evil:

Until this case, it was like that 1 ro 4 days!

One other strange thing, is the statement that say If you don't answer on 24h the case it's considered close, but they can take days or weeks!!
