The charger for my Ticwatch Pro died and I was advised that they have a new, more robust version and are replacing old chargers If one files a warranty ticket. When I got to the ticket page, enter the store (Amazon.com) my name and the order number, it tells me it can't find the order. I tried different emails, Amazon sites for different countries and I cut and paste the order number from My Orders in my Amazon account. I waited a couple of weeks and tried again and got the same result.
Am I doing something wrong? Is this a known problem? Any chance it will be fixed? Is it possible to obtain this service another way?
