Ticwatch Pro stuck on lightning bolt symbol

I got my watch two days ago and it seems to be broken already!

Randomly it will only display the lightning bolt symbol and charging won't make a difference. I've only been able to wear it for two days and it's broken already. After spending well over $300 on this watch, I expected much better.

I'm having the same issue. First it would just stay black and would do nothing when I plug it in or try to turn it on. Then sometimes after a while it only buzzes and shows a lightning bolt symbol. Just for 3 seconds I got the charging battery icon domehow but made the mistake of trying to turn it on. Now it's back to black screen no matter what I do. I know the power is getting to the phone contacts because my portable charger lights up when it's connected but in the end the phone doesn't charge and I tried multiple wall outlets, USB charger and my portable charger. I'm hoping I can get the battery symbol again after time but if not will return to Amazon. I saw reports online that this fixed itself after a day or so and didn't happen again since for some users. Has anyone resolved this yet?

I just got my watch yesterday and tried turning it on out of the box, and nothing happened. The screen shows the lightning bolt icon, which I assume is "needs charging" - however, even after leaving the watch plugged in to the Charger overnight, the watch has not moved past the lightning bolt icon.

Anyone else seeing something similar? Any ideas on what I should do now?
