Hi Mobvoi moderators
I received my ticpods today (17 June 2020), and in the box I see a receipt saying only the ticpods were included in the box and not my ticwatch. This confirmation was also sent to me via email on 16 June 2020 stating that they dispatched only my ticpods. This is not an issue except that Mobvoi decides to tell me an another email (dated 17 June 2020) that they"fulfilled" my order of a set of ticpods and a refurbished ticwatch. BUT I never received the ticwatch!!
I sent them multiple emails over the last 12 hours and no response. From the multiple reviews around customer service, it seems that Mobvoi are very poor in this area.
unfortunately there is no one to call or escalate too, so I am hoping the moderators can investigate for me as I really want my watch. PLUS it costs money so either refund me the value of the watch or send it to me. Don't hold onto both the money and the watch.
