Hi, i ordered a couple C2 watches on Nov 27th and have not recieved any shipping info yet. Should I have?

I also ordered the C2 on November 1st. and was looking for a shipping update especially now that the "Pre-Order" period has passed. I have checked the order status online and there has been no information. I also attempted to call the Canadian toll free number today 3x during the correct business hours and all I get is a recording that hangs up on me. :x

You have had my money for over a month now and you would think at this point there would at least be a generic email advising us when shipping might begin and not something where I am required to search through your forums!

Your products get great reviews but if this is an indication of your level of service I am getting a bit nervous and beginning to regret my purchase.

Please provide some sort of update on when I might get my watch!!

I ordered mine on the 25th Oct and it arrived today. I contacted support and they said it is being dispatched in batches depending on when you ordered. Since I ordered mine early, it was dispatched Monday, so I assume it will be dispatched soon!

I also ordered mine 25th Oct, still says pending, no email nothing.

All I can see is a nice blue cancel button...

Ordered mine on the 30th oct, after inquiring about shipping dates I received an answer saying they will ship sometime in mid December. Apparently they are shipping by priority regarding when you ordered... which is fine but I wish that they would send out SOME update info

I spoke yesterday with the technical service by mail and apparently they have run out of stock. Yes, in a presale. They told me they would have stock again this week.
