TicPod not working - one earbud has no light

suddenly the left earbud has not light.
The led is always off.

It looks like it is not been charged at all.

I have tried the magic (Tape both earbuds 5 times at the same time) with not luck.

Please, provide a fix as soon as posible.

I have absolutely the same problem since earlier today. The left pod has not light. Case is fully charged. The right pod connects well and it says the battery is fully charged.
I also tried the 5 times tapping (pods disconnected, in case, outside of the case - no difference).

Did you get any help on this? I have exactly the same problem, I've hardly used them but a few days ago the left bud light didn't come on and won't pair.

Did anyone got an answer for this? I am having the same problem, where the right bud just does not light up at all - during charge, after 5 taps, etc. The pins on the case are still in pristine condition. I tried unpairing, resetting the earphones (by opening/closing the case), etc., all to no avail.

Having same problem.

Surprising how no admin responded to that problem especially when it looks like at least few people are having the same issue.

The forum at that time in January was unfortunately un-staffed so there was no one to respond. But things are getting better here.

Give this a try and see if it helps.

1. Open the phone's bluetooth menu, and select to "Unpair" or "Forget" any previous Ticpod pairings shown.
2. Place the Ticpods in their charging case, then close/open the case to restart them.
3. Insert the Ticpods into your ears, and then simultaneously tap them both 5 times. If successfully done, a message should be heard after the taps are completed. If no message is heard, repeat the above steps again.
4. Pair the Ticpods to the phone again, and test to see if the problem still persists.

anyone found a soluion? i have the same problem, and it has happened with Ticpods free and with ticpods ANC.. :cry:

Right now mi Left Eearbud in my ticpod ANC is just DEAD..
any solution?
