Ticwatch c2 issues

Hey guys, I just received my TicWatch C2, and since I couldn't find any forum about the ticwatch c2 issues, i'm making one

My issues so far:
It wont charge, like litterally i cant charge it with any given charger

And it seems kinda laggy sometimes, like it needs to warm up.

If you guys come across any issues, note them down below, and if you found a fix, please note it also

yup same here will not charge at all ... disappointing ...
I will be returning ASAP.

Hi

The same issue here. The trouble is that Mobvoi won't send me another charger and I cannot buy one. Did you fix the issue?

I have the same problem, luckily its still under the 30-day warranty. I've submitted a ticket and just waiting to hear back from mobvoi support.

A few people seem to have GPS issues, which I also have. It takes 2-5 minutes to get a lock even out in the open on a clear day. I've read some reviews which said that the GPS finds a signal quickly, so it seems like there might be a lot of variation in quality between watches.

I have the same problem.

I contacted the technical service last December 28. They answered that they would send me a new charger ... I am still waiting for it.

Initially I got the same issue but I found out that the 4 pins on the watch and the charger could not align itself. I did some marking of the pins position on both of them so that the contact pins make contact with each other. So it is charging now.
Hope they redesign to ensure proper contact without too much free play.

I received my Ticwatch C2 in December. I have had numerous issues with the Ticwatch C2 restarting periodically throughout the day. I have also had myTicwatch C2 freeze up and not advance the time. I have had to hard start the C2 in order to release the frozen screen.

Ideas??
