I have been communicating with you customer services team about my order which has been sent to an incorrect delivery address in a different country and I have been told I have to wait for it to be returned before you will send to my correct address.
The issue arose due to Mobvoi delay on the Tic Pods that I ordered (2 sets).
I have asked to have a replacement order to be sent to my correct London address and after almost 50 emails back and forth with your customer services as they fail to understand the situation I am no longer reveing any response. I also tried social media for a reply and still nothing.
I am now with no order but Mobvoi have taken my money.
Please help to resolve.
