Development Drivers

Post by Acorn Eyes » Tue Oct 11, 2016 2:20 am

I've tried bluetooth, wi-fi, and the USB dock methods to try and connect the Ticwatch to the computer, however it seems to use a separate driver from the standard Google driver.

I don't get any "USB Test" that the developer PDF sent out to us said the ticwatch would ask for. But it does charge.

Anyone know the correct drivers?

I posted what i did to the apps section of the forums. Anyway, i got it to work via WiFi. It'll only ask for the "USB Test" once you're trying to connect to it via ADB. So you need to connect it to your PC, connect it to ADB, and then it'll open!

connecting works fine
adb start-server
adb connect IP_ADDRESS_OF_WATCH:channel from dev screen
adb shell
And you are in standard adb commands work.

I try this and I get:

Code: Select all

$ adb shell
error: device unauthorized. Please check the confirmation dialog on your device.

At no time did the watch ask me to authorise the connection.
